Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, here is the path.

Payment disputes, unrecognised charges, and refund disagreements follow the process below.

  1. 1

    Raise it with us first

Email jhury.lastre@xylvir.tech or call +63 949 186 3088 with the account email you signed up with, the date and amount of the charge, and the payment reference number. We acknowledge every dispute within 1 business day.

  2. 2

    We investigate

We review the transaction with our payment processor and reply with a written finding within 7 business days of acknowledging your report. If we need more time, we will tell you why and give you a new date.

  3. 3

    Resolution

If the charge was made in error or the service was not delivered, we reverse it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

  4. 4

If you are still not satisfied

You may escalate the dispute to the bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider you paid with, or to our payment processor. Philippine consumers may also seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or, for payment-related concerns, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Consumer Assistance Mechanism.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Cebu City, Philippines. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service for the full terms.
